Hurray! Hurray! we made it here at DOCE PARES safe. Rembered the post I had about going to the hill? this was the place we we're supposed to go, this time to be sure we let my sister and her boyfie Mark to come with us in case of emergency .. gulp!!! since Mark is already riding motorcycle since high school he could guide Michael on how to go up those steep hills.
The first time we went up was a bit nerve wracking since we almost slide down the hill. I got so nervous that I jump of the bike and seeing Michael struggling to get up even though the engine was already dead. To sum it up we did noty make it that time and return home sad. But this time was hell different we conquered or should I say he did it!! Proud GF here..hahah
That tall girl is my little sissy ironic right? she's taller than me I know and much prettier let's bl;ame it to the distribution of genes we'll I am the only sibling whose height is below __.

Doce Pares will not be seen through the road you need to enter another road on the side and pay a 10 peso entrance each. then another minute to reach the place. Upon enetering you will notice this ramp for skateboarders who can come here and do the thing!! heheh.. just across is a samll store where you can park your bikes and cars their are children who will watch for your cars and you just have to pay them 20 or its up to you.
When we went up to go to the cafe I hurriedly ran to the cliff to see the amazing view of Cebu City. Its so nice to see the city up here this is why I love Cebu so much not because I was born here but it has so much to offer you can have it all like SM? hahah but seriously it has indeed a lot of things to offer. Imagine just a 15 minute ride down from our office in JY building Lahug you can reach this relaxing and fun place you just have to ride a "habal-habal" just for 50 pesos fare.
When we went their it was scorching hot so we decided to get some drink and freshen up a bit. We got this cookies and cream shake that cost us 100 pes each a bit pricy yet it was worth it it was sp delicious andrefreshibf the boys opted for some cocktail since the cafe also has a bar on the side. Apart from the cafe they also have this bahay kubo where you can rent for 150 peso/ day and where you can enjoy and rest and feel the breeze of fresh air.
Look how happy this kid levitating to it's finest..hahah. They also have this hanging bridge which I ran into back and forth. And some goofing around with this rope up for some climb.
A 20 peso walk to death as what the instructor told us. For only that small amount you can walk to this nerve wrecking hanging bridge. I was not able to get a proper picture to let you see the depth of the bridge but I am sure this will let you freak out I'll ghive you a secret ssshhh!!! my siters BF Mark who is a criminology graduate did not dare to do this walk..haaha imagine he was afraid of it what more us but what we are in mind is to have fun and try it no matter what.
The firest try to the finish was really scary and the instructor insisted that we try it back to the port and it was worth to try twice since you will now feel that it was just s easy to walk in those wires. phew!! success!! adrenalin released. Hope you enjoyed this trip with me - ITSMYSTYL
